Born a digital native, Pameline has led several organisations into adopting digital competencies such as multimedia skills for staff and social media communications. She has successfully executed several collaboration posts involving multiple Government agencies and ghost-written social media content for Political Office Holders and Senior Leadership of Knight Frank, and was the strategic counsel to Australian counterparts to help the team better understand the social media landscape of Singapore and her political office holders.
In her last appointment at the Ministry of Finance (Singapore Customs), she built the digital team up and provided strategic guidance on social media outreach, including briefings to C-suite leaders to adopt a 'digital-first' mindset.
